LOCATION: Pollok Country Park, Glasgow
War & Peas is exploring how Glasgow’s allotments developed in response to national emergencies and social changes from 1917 on. It is also raising awareness of the importance of healthy eating and outdoor activity today. Volunteers take part in weekly gardening clubs and regular workshops at our demonstration plot in Pollok Park at Digging In.
